James Daly is a renowned personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach in the UK, who was born and bred in London, England.

James' reputation continues to grow with numerous appearances on TV, Radio, in global publications and the national press.

Having amassed over 12 years experience in the health and fitness industry James has become an extremely sought after personal trainer. His clients include celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people.

With a client list as diverse as his training methods James Daly is rapidly becoming lauded for the transformations that he achieves with his clients. Most recently, James successfully reached the final of the Men's Health magazine PT Awards 2013 after impressing the judging panel with his extraordinary 12 week client transformation

In 2013 James was appointed Strength & Conditioning Coach at Epsom College - a leading Independent school in Surrey who excel in sporting performance, with many of their students going on to become professional athletes. His role being to work directly with the first team athletes and in particular the rugby team.

James has featured as an expert consultant and writer for Fitness TV on SKY. In 2012 James was also involved and appeared on ITV's 'Vernon Kay: Under Pressure' as well as The Chrissy B Show on SKY. His articles and comments are regularly published in both Men's Health and Women's Health magazines. He has also made numerous appearances on BBC Radio and featured in many local and national newspapers, including The Sun, The Guardian and Metro.

In 2010/2011, James was the leading trainer for The Sun newspaper celebrity triathlon challenge! He was given the task of getting celebrity TV personality/radio DJ Vernon Kay and Sun showbiz editor Gordon Smart fit for the gruelling London Triathlon, in which Jenson Button also competed. James' popular training blog for The Sun newspaper followed the progress of his clients during the run up to the London Triathlon and was an instant success.

In 2009, James was selected as an official personal trainer for the Comic Relief Celebrity Mount Kilimanjaro Climb in which he achieved astonishing results with The Sun's showbiz editor Gordon Smart, who lost over 2 stone and completely transformed his body.
